FAQs

How do I place an order?

  1. Add items to your shopping cart
  2. Go to your shopping cart by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right hand corner
  3. Click on the Checkout button on the bottom right hand side
  4. Complete customer information form or click on Log In if you have already set up an account with us
  • Complete Shipping Information. Please include Island, and/or full directions for delivery if you reside in Nassau
  • Click Continue To Shipping Method and select the desired shipping method. Please select Delivery In Nassau only if you intend for your order to be delivered to your home/work in Nassau. For Family Island customers, please select your desired shipping method/freight forwarder. If you desired method is not listed, please call us at 394-2825 or text/WhatsApp us at 422-1294 to make other arrangements.
  • Proceed to the next screen for Payment.
  • Pay online using your credit/debit card, or select Island Luck Deposit, Bank Deposit or Cash On Delivery. If Island Luck Deposit or Bank Deposit is selected, you will be contacted with payment instructions within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once you have completed the entire checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and will be contacted to make delivery/shipping/payment arrangements
  • *Please note that freight carrier charges may apply depending on the shipping method chosen. The customer assumes the responsibility of these charges.

     

    Where are you located?

    JaDazzles is located at #49 Jerome Ave. We are 3 doors north of Scotiabank Wullf & Jerome branch on the right hand side. The building is orange.

     

    Is it mandatory that I use my credit card to check out?

    No. During the checkout process, you will be given multiple payment options, which will include Cash On Delivery or Bank Deposit.

     

    What happens if I select Bank Deposit?

    We will contact you with payment instructions within 24 hours of placing your order.

       

    Where do you ship?

    We currently ship to all major Family Islands throughout The Bahamas. If your island is not listed at checkout, please contact us for alternate options.

     

    Where is my order being shipped from?

    All items on our site are in stock in Nassau and available for immediate delivery, there is no need to wait for deliveries from out of the the country. 

     

    If I pay for my order online, are there any additional fees associated with my purchase?

    Yes, our credit card transactions online are processed in USD, therefore, a conversion rate will apply when using a Bahamian debit/credit card.

    How do I know that I am ordering the correct size?

    Most of the items that we stock are junior sizes, which run slightly smaller than misses.
